e2bit Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on e2bit, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion-specific terms published on the platform at the time of your participation.

These Terms apply to all users of the e2bit platform, including registered account holders and any person who accesses the platform without registration for informational or browsing purposes. e2bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

e2bit may communicate updates to these Terms via email to the address registered on your account, via a prominent notice displayed on the platform, or both. Amendments take effect from the date specified in the notice. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the e2bit platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. e2bit operates a strict 18+ policy. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or participating in any promotion on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of e2bit, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

e2bit reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, after deducting any amounts paid out as winnings. e2bit takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant authorities in such matters.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the e2bit platform, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on e2bit. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. e2bit must be notified promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting [email protected].

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. e2bit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify e2bit immediately.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, e2bit may require you to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, at the time of your first withdrawal request, or when your account activity triggers a review. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Accounts where KYC verification has not been completed may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is finalised.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the e2bit platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit tiers may require additional verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold are not processed.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to banking hours in Bangladesh.
• Transaction fees: e2bit does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which e2bit bears no responsibility.

e2bit reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the player's typical transaction history, or where the account is flagged during routine security review. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held pending the completion of such reviews.

Deposits made in error — for example, to an incorrect account — must be reported to [email protected] as soon as possible. e2bit will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve such issues but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds in all circumstances. Players are advised to verify all payment details carefully before confirming any transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

e2bit offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC requirements. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonus funds must be used within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without prior notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Full contribution rates for each game category are available from [email protected] upon request.
• e2bit reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of any active promotion, or disqualify a player from a promotion if evidence of bonus abuse is identified.

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus more than once; hedging bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements; using automated betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms; and any coordinated activity between multiple accounts to generate artificial wagering volume. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses cancelled, winnings voided, and accounts suspended.

e2bit is under no obligation to offer any bonus to any player and reserves the right to decline a bonus request or cancel a bonus credited in error without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the e2bit platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

All casino games on e2bit use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means that the outcome of every game round is determined entirely by a statistically random process and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the player, the platform, or any third party. RNG certifications for our game providers are available from the respective developers upon request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e2bit platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, macro, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or perform any platform function that would ordinarily require a human user.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void. You are required to report any such errors to [email protected] immediately.
• Colluding with other players on the platform, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker-type games, coordinating betting strategies in multiplayer environments, or sharing account access.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider betting on sports markets available on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any game or platform component.

Sports betting markets on e2bit are subject to standard industry rules including rules on void bets, incomplete events, and result settlement timelines. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, e2bit's decision — based on official results from recognised governing bodies such as the ICC, FIFA, or BPL governing board — shall be final and binding.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

e2bit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or unauthorised access to another person's account.
• Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that triggers obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers as described in Section 5.
• Use of the platform in a manner that e2bit reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or the platform's business operations.
• Request by the player for self-exclusion under e2bit's Responsible Gaming policy.

In the event of account suspension or closure due to a breach of these Terms, e2bit reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance and void any pending withdrawals derived from bonus activity. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigations or AML reviews.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to the registered withdrawal method after standard verification checks. Voluntary account closure requests cannot be reversed once processed. If you wish to return to the platform after voluntary closure, you will need to register a new account subject to standard KYC requirements.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e2bit's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

e2bit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the e2bit platform or any of its features.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or market data displayed on the platform.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform, including server downtime, network failures, or maintenance windows.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data, where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any third-party conduct, including the actions of payment service providers, game developers, or internet service providers.

e2bit makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors or security vulnerabilities, or that any specific game outcome will meet your expectations. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
